拿了個多餘帳號申請停用，引用Skype部分回應重點

If you no longer wish to use a particular Skype account it is possible to remove your profile information from our contact search results.

Simply do not log in to Skype with the same account for a few weeks and it will effectively disappear.

However, your Skype account will still remain in our system and cannot be removed due to security reasons. You are always welcome to use Skype with the same account again.

基於「安全理由」無法徹底刪除帳號資料、
僅可藉由長時間不登入讓帳號資料由聯絡人搜尋結果中移除。

看來想申請徹底刪除Skype帳號的朋友甭費事了
